Before you can start sending from Sensorpro, you need to do some initial setup. Click the&nbsp;Initial setup&nbsp;menu, then click&nbsp;Settings.&nbsp;&nbsp;

First, authorize the email address from which you plan to send your first campaign. Enter&nbsp;Display name&nbsp;and&nbsp;Email address. Click the&nbsp;Send Verification Email&nbsp;button. Sensorpro will send an email to that address. In that email, click the&nbsp;Authorize&nbsp;button to authorize that address to send emails.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Next, fill in your company details. In some jurisdictions, you need to display your company details in the footer of the email.

Now add your logo. Drag and drop your logo from Windows Explorer (or Finder if using a Mac) onto the area specified.

Next, you can add a web font. This is an optional step. If your branding guidelines require a specific font, you can add the name and link here. This font will be available to use in the email designer.

The final section on this screen is for RFM configuration (used by Shopify). You will see our default values for Recency, Frequency and Monetary value. Feel free to change these values to suit your business.

&nbsp;The next option on the&nbsp;Initial setup&nbsp;menu is&nbsp;Email Templates. This list will be empty for now. If you want to start creating a template, you can do it here. You can also do it later when you create your campaign.&nbsp;&nbsp;

If you authorised a sender on the Settings screen, you will see that address here. You can add additional senders by clicking&nbsp;Add From Email&nbsp;button. Follow the authorization&nbsp; instructions on screen.&nbsp; &nbsp;

Contacts: How to import your contacts (CSV)

From the main menu, click on the "Imports" link under the Contacts heading.

Click the "Add New" button. This will start a 3 step wizard.

Choose "Import from a Text File" and click next.

Enter a name for your import Browse for your CSV file Click next.

Map the information from your data source into the corresponding fields in Sensorpro.

The first column shows your column headings. The second column shows sample data. The third column shows where your data is going in Sensorpro.

Make sure that there is an entry in the third column for all data you want to import. Use the prompt button to choose a field.

Map your email address to the personalemail field.

Click Finish and your import process will begin.

To create and send an email, you first need to create a campaign.

From the main menu, click on a thumbnail to use as a starting point on the "Quickstart email" panel.

Click the "+" icon at the bottom left to see more templates.

Choose "Create a new campaign" and give your campaign a name.

Click "Ok" to load the email designer. Your selected template will appear on screen.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Segmentation is the process of choosing who to send an email to.

From within your campaign, click the "Step 2: Select Contacts" screen.

A Broadcast is the process of sending your email to your segment. Note - if you don't have an email or a segment in your campaign, you will not be able to create a broadcast.

From within your campaign, click the "Step 3: Broadcast Email" screen.&nbsp;&nbsp;

To add a new broadcast, click "Add New Broadcast" at the bottom of the screen.

Back on the broadcast list, you will see the following icons in the Options Column:

Click the green icon to send your broadcast.

After the email campaign has sent, access the results from the Results Dashboard. The results are real time. From the main menu, click "Campaign results" on the menu.

On your list of campaigns, click the green dashboard icon beside your campaign.
