 Add CAPTCHA to your survey to reduce the use for automated bots. reCAPTCHA v3 differs from previous implementations in that it is frictionless. It does not need the survey respondent to answer a question or click a button. CAPTCHA works by monitoring user interaction with the survey page. It scores that interaction. A score of 1 is a good interaction and 0 is likely a bot. 

To setup you must register the survey domain with reCaptcha. See the following link for the instruction to register the site with reCAPTCHA.

After you register the survey domain you need the following to finish the setup in Sensorpro

When you have the site key and secret key, login to Sensorpro and navigate to menu:

Tolerance sets the threshold value. For responses under this value, CAPTCHA designates these as bot responses. Valid values are between 0.0 and 1.0. 

To enable reCAPTCHA on your survey, navigate to the survey page to which would like to add the reCAPTCHA. Edit the page properties. Select the reCAPTCHA tab and enable.  

If you would like the user to get redirected to a specific finish page select this here. If there is no page selected, the respondent will get a "stop" error on screen saying that the captcha failed.

When the survey loads, the captcha will appear on the bottom right corner of the page. As this is frictionless, the captcha requires no user interaction.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>

You can review failed reCAPTCHA interactions by selecting the menu ‘survey results'. You will see the captcha icon if the reCAPTCHA is active.

This will allow you to review interactions.&nbsp;
